Community Game Night Competition (Revisited)

So here's the idea! I'm looking to see how many people would be interested in participating in a Community Game Night competition on Terraria.​

Here's the details:

The competition will be a best building competition.

• Players will be given a set amount of time (3 hours.)
• Players will be given access to spawn commands
• Griefing or otherwise tampering with another users entry will result in an immediate disqualification AND a ban from future competitions for poor conduct.
• Winner will be decided by majority vote of some sort (Will work that out later as well)

My questions to you all:

• Would you be willing to participate?
• Do you have any feedback/suggestions to help with this idea?
• Do you wish to donate to the prize pool?
• Do you have any further questions/comments/concerns of any type?

Oh did I forget to mention... Winner will receive a prize! (Prize currently stands at $50 via paypal (can be converted to currency/payment type of choice))


Seeing as the prize pool is up to $50, I'm going to split it up to 3 winners.

First prize = $30
Second Prize = $15
Third Prize = $5

Competition will take place over 2 days. Players can only participate on one of the days (This is in an attempt to accommodate anyone who can't make one of the two days)

The first day will take place on Friday afternoon, Starting at 12PM PST (GMT-8) on November 29th
The second day will take place on Saturday, starting at 7PM PST (GMT-8) on November 30th


Contest will run for 3 hours. Winner will be best house design after building finishes. Judges will be Myself, Delta Squad, and Trinity.

Scoring will be done on 4 categories, out of 1-10 points.

• Overall Design
• Layout
• Completion of build by deadline
• Difficulty of build

Total possible score is out of 120 points (40 max possible per judge)

Competitor with the highest overall score will be crowned victor.
