Gang Browser Game - Seeking Team

I am planning a game project. I like the Mafia text games out there but I want to step things up...

First off, it will be a Gang game not just mafia. Also, I want the game balanced so there can be Solo and Group players. I want a game where players can survive without a crew and possibly start one of their own, without previous ties.

Also, the game will be set in a different time period/location. Don't want it to be super futuristic but again breaking the mold of 1920 gangsters.

At the beginning players will "wake up" receive start up money and a manual (game guide), and they go off to commit crimes, sell drugs, interact with others, all while trying to make it to the top.

I also want to possibly incorporate Business management for crews, building ownership for players, etc.

Without the coding knowledge, I can't code this project. I'm looking for programmers who are willing to contribute to the project. Not too many as I want to maintain a consistent layout and I want the coders to be able to work together mpre easily.

I am also looking for graphic designers who would like to provide graphics for the game. You may be working close with the programmers as well as me to come up with ideas for artwork.

Currently, I'll be looking for a few coders and designers. If I get enough interest and commitment to the project then ill set up hosting and domains.
