Alching? - Item with the least $ loss

Gonna start alching now, wondering what the best item to alch would be?
Not looking to make profit, but minimal $ loss and easy to obtain
Also what are your thoughts on cursealching and stun alching - and which NPC/location to do these in - thanks!

 

magic longbows or yew longbows, u can also afk alch at duel arena which makes u get no random events

 

Rune arrows used to be easy to find and had a decent return.

 

Maple/yew longbow, rune daggers (very few people supply these)

 

Green d hide is good if you can get a good supplier.
