What made you return to Sythe

I miss Cruels.

I check up here from time to time but only in off topic considering my domain was mostly in tech and programming, and those forums are now a shadow of what they were on this site.

 

I don't really know why I came back. There's not really anything for me here. Anyone I wanted to keep in contact with I already had on Facebook or could trust someone on here to contact them for me.

I guess I was just partly annoyed with my ban reason because it was a load of shit and was essentially the staff sticking their noses into something that had nothing to do with them and I wanted to prove them wrong and return.

For 2012 I was mainly here to try and see if I would get re-promoted again. Though after countless talks with a certain admin and an ex-staff member I eventually saw I was wasting my time and could be doing some actually productive and meaningful in life.

For 2011 it was mainly getting involved with the community at the time as things were active and pretty good back then.

2010 I was here for RS related reasons.

 

Prove myself.

 

Does anyone come to sythe just because the name is cool? Lol

I spend more time lurking here than anything - I don't post much except for random sprees here and there. I usually come back here when I want something or when I get back into playing RS again - for some reason when I play RS I'd rather lurk these forums than the actual RS forums.

 

I don't think I ever really left Sythe other than the 3 months I was in jail. When I got out, I still didn't get on much at first. I guess I just wasn't feeling it. It also took me some time to get used to being free after being locked up. I could barely watch TV and I definitely couldn't play a game for at least 3 months after I got out. I guess I just go through phases where I don't really feel like getting on it. There were a couple times before that when I wouldn't get on for a month or 2, but not for an extended period of time.

I came back just because it's something to do. The only site I really use is Facebook and I mostly just use that for the chat, so Sythe is just something to get on when I'm on the computer. I rarely post unless it's something I am interested in or feel strongly about. Even then, it's hard to even find a thread that hasn't already been answered and I don't really lurk much, so that definitely limits how much I get on. I'm not going to waste my time posting something that has already been said a million times. When I do post, I usually do put a good bit of effort into it and actually try help. Sythe is just something to pass time I guess. At least when I actually post.

Never left, just gone AWOL from time to time due to thing like starting Uni, losing interest in games etc, and every time eventually coming back haha.

 

I heard about it from a friend so I made an account but I did not like it as much as other forums. Then I made a paypal account and now I sell gold on here occasionally.

 

I first came back because i heard Oldschool Rs was back so i wanted to purchase some Gp lol.

 

I came back for the market, stayed for staff.

 

I come back for the community.
