PA evidence

Does PA evidence accepted in JPEG format? I heard it's not the best only "good" quality. Preferably answer if you needed to give evidence to them before and JPEG had no problems for them.

 

They will accept it as long as the picture is clear enough for them to determine what they need to determine.

 

Once gave jpeg & live chat told me its not accepted because it could have been edited, so i had to gyazo it for them >.>

 

Really? How did you sort the situation with gyazo?

 

Video proof is always best. However pictures will do if they are clear, show exactly what you're trying to prove/disprove.

 

Live chat claimed that jpeg was prone to edits, so they wanted me to gyazo my entire screen with the live chat operator in view, which i did. They eventually refunded me, but the operator was very rude & i lodged a complaint about him. PA said jpegs are accepted generally but on some cases where they doubt you, more concrete evidence has to be provided.
