   Name match pretty much labels them as the same person, they both have ip matches with the user "Hardo" yet it's not the same ip (2 separate ip matches with him):

   Users are allowed to have two accounts as long as one is not banned. I cannot see a ban reason on Hardo so the case is inconclusive for now.
