Falsely Banned?

I just logged on and saw I got banned for "Fabricating Evidence"?

Name = Effigy

Friend had to tell me that the guy got unbanned, I'd like to know why and see how you figured it was "fabricated".

 

Just wanted to throw it out there (didn't see head's explanation in here before i posted).

#1 - You can change your fonts on skype
#2 - Many programs out there that can delete specific skype conversation histories, very easy to do
#3 - I never ignored any PM, I just don't use Sythe often, and when I did look recently, never saw a popup or anything saying I had a message
#4 - It's nice to know the victims of scamming can be banned when the person scamming can simply make a frivolous claim and delete a conversation to suddenly get off without any consequences. Not only did I get scammed, the other guy get scammed (both for almost $300 worth), but he also attempted to scam another guy right after the scam report went out which we promptly warned, trying to do the same thing.

But I guess as soon as you have some vouches, you can get away with anything, really is too bad.

 

I'm sure that Corey reviewed the skype chat history thoroughly from Heads's side, and your inactivity is not an excuse for failing to respond to Corey's PM within a timely manner. Posting rudely will not aid you in your efforts to get your ban lifted.

I don't care if I'm unbanned, all I care about is ensuring that scammers actually get (and stay) banned. I have every right to be mad about posting required evidence and having nothing being ultimately done about it.

I also don't add people I don't know on skype due to the numerous scam attempts, and since I already lost my 07 gp I was trying to sell to heads, I didn't bother adding anybody more asking to buy either.

 

Your evidence was ultimately disproven by Head's logs and your dispute is denied.
