    I am looking to buy a Level 4 EOC account with either a Scythe or Bunny Ears.

    It must have the following

    1. No Combat stats leveled up. (Prayer and HP Count as combat stats to me.)
    2. Must have never had a J.A.G. activated.
    3. It must have F2P skills trained only.

    I know what I am looking for is rare. I am prepared to pay a pretty penny for an account like this.
