Dope Dealer IP Check?

IP matches 2 banned accounts

Similar writing styles too i believe, posting on GP threads "Interested, PM Me." and similar, on both banned accounts.
Though this may be a mobile IP, i'm not sure he just seems fishy, and knowing about banned members before his time

After checking through the reasons, seems they were banned for roughly he same thing [due to wording].

I have gone ahead and banned dope dealer.
