Briefly explain what happend :
Basiclly we agreed that i'll trade my 15m 07 for his 160m eoc, i then said i'll put my other 600k (15.6m) aswell in as i don't play 07 anymore.
I wanted to use Divica and then he refused and said no,because apparently the account is not old enough.
So we then agreed to use another mm (stated in pics).
We came into the chat, he really took his time to answer.
When i asked again, if he's in the middle of a trade or not he then said he has to go and will do the trade later apparently.
Really skutchy in my eyes and i asked divica if this is TwC worthy and he/she said, you can report him not sure if it though.
