I"m not the owner of the 3 digit, i have not saw the do not purchase yet. But i bought it on HF for 1 week ago. I"m not trying to scam someone.

 

So why'd u change the digits up 0:0:X8X from 0:0:XX8 ?? You did try to scam by giving false info. Also the given id which is "STEAM_0:0:968" is clearly listed on http://www.sythe.org/steam-sales/1624920-list-steam-ids-not-purchase.html

This is definitely a scam, would not recommend anyone purchase from this guy. Especially considering his join date, the fact he stated the account has been in his possession for less than 10 days and also that it's a VAC'd 3 digit.

btw "hacking" a account with steamgaurd on "is as far i know" not possible, this accounts is for sure been bought/scammed. ( Assume a 3 digit always have his steamgaurd on ofc )
