    Do not purchase from rs3pal, i purchased an account from them, then the next day it was banned, after a week they tell me it is my fault. after some looking, they sold me an account with a bot busting after the told me it was hand trained.

    come to find out the were botting flax. well. thanks rs3pal for taking my money
    and have fun with the chargeback

    If its from a site it is very doubtful you will be able to win the chargeback,

    On the other hand, thanks for letting us know.

    I have won a chargeback before from a site a few years ago, the key is to have a good bank.

    if you ever have to deal with it, make sure to dispute online, as well as with your bank, your bank will withhold all the charges and complete a report against. only downside is that you have to retract your card from whatever purchasing site you used for a pretty good time.

    Ive had issues with them in the past with accounts I have bought, they have very poor customer service.

    I bought an account and after over 5 months it was recovered, I had over 1b on the account so I was pretty p.oed. They denied giving me a refund or replacing my account. I complained and created threads on forums and eventually I was issued a full refund and some gp.

    Make sure to screenshot any conversations you have with customer service as it can come in handy.

    like you said poor customer service exactly. i they recovered the account from me too as well. but its banned so wth. i have complained, and created threads, but i will spill this thread all over their website for that crap!
    i can not even have a convo, they automatically blame me for their screw up and end the chat. the pathetic thing is, i had raised stats tremendously and had 25m osrs on it... thats gone... and they blame me lol..

    That sucks, if they're refusing to talk to you send them an email if you have not done so stating what the issue is and what you're entitled to, if I'm not wrong I believe it says on their site that they issue an replacement account if yours is banned/recovered.

    If all else fails just send an email to department of fair trading.
