Saggy nipples after weight loss

Alrightyyyyyy for some reason i can't make a thread on my account in this section.... anywho, I lose about 140 pounds altogether and now I'm pretty jacked and most of my loose skin has tightened back up, except a little bit on my stomach, and my nipples are like 2-3 inches below where they should be. After all the research I've done before, during, and after my weight loss, I read all there is to know about tightening up loose skin, but I always seem to come short when it's regarding the nipples. I built my pecs up pretty big, as well as my back thinking that the pecs would make my nipples rise back up, and the back would pull the skin tighter, all it has done is make my pecs huge, and my nipples tight to my body, but in the wrong spot. My pecs are pretty muscular that I can even do a tittie dance, but my nipples aren't there so it's not really a tittie dance eh? lol.

Anyway, has anyone went to school for anything regarding health or something that would know about this or does anyone have any experience? I just need to know if it's even possible to make the nipples rise back up without surgery, or if i'm screwed. Thanks.

My advice: Keep it that way... you can wear lowercut shirts now without showin' nips and being tacky.

 

Can't give any advise which is professionally medical or anything but maybe try work on your Trapezius muscles. Doing the plank is excellent for toning them and it would stretch the skin upwards, not outwards.

 

If they are 2-3 inches lower dude, you're gonna have to inject yourself more than most bodybuilders and be living in the gym to gain enough size to put them were they should be. I have 3 solutions...

Solution 1: Plastic surgery

Solution 2: Go on embarrassing bodys and they'll sort it

Solution 3: cut em off, and glue em where they should be (Celotape may work too)

 

Idk besides plastic surgery, or wear a wife beater instead of going shirtless so people don't see your saggy nips.

 

It's loose skin. Eat healthy and keep hitting the gym to work on your pecs.

Easy route: Plastic surgery.

 

Nothing you can do to fix that man. Grow your chest.
