    I don't see a request for it so a global+ must have updated the account to have a TWC. I also can't find a report against him. Anyone know why he has the TWC?

    Dave -I don't see a request for it so a global+ must have updated the account to have a TWC. I also can't find a report against him. Anyone know why he has the TWC?

    Please remove my TWC... Don't know why I recieved it; I've done nothing for it.

    Users are not accidentally given TWC status, so, no, we can't remove it for you yet. I suggest you PM the upper staff and ask them if they applied the TWCs (and if so, why). Best of luck.
