    Best items for training pure?
    what would be the very best possible item setup for training a pure? 60 at 1 def 70 str

    The items puremanlvl99 said are a good start. Though what's your range level? If it's high, you could attempt to get a firecape, they have a nice +4 bonus. Otherwise, if money isn't an issue buy a fury and zerker ring.

    This. Unless you've got a lot of money, then you can follow the more expensive option.

    DScim
    Zammy Book
    Rock Climbers
    Mith Gloves (If you haven't done wear any other rfd gloves)
    Iron Platebody
    Iron Platelegs
    Amulet of Strength (Amulet of Fury if you can afford)
    Ring of Wealth (Beserker ring if you can afford)
    Iron Full Helm

    I'd just like to throw in that if you have 70 range then black d'hide chaps have higher defence bonuses than iron platelegs.
