Need around 82 magic on my pure

So basically i'm at 52 magic on my 1 def pure. How should i go about getting 82 magic? I don't really care to hand do it so what's the best bot? Should I alch or what? thoughts opinions etc.

 

Alch would be the best way to go as long as you have gp than it should be easy

 

High alching would be the best method because you won't gain any HP levels and it's pretty fast.

I would recommend high alching green d hide bodies but if you can't find them in abundance then alch yew longs.

 

I botted fletching to 80 and then alched the longbows i made to get 82 mage.
Only took a few days.

 

Alching, you will lose some money but it is totally worth it.

 

would that be you longs or yew long (u)s?

 

just autoclick alching or if you have plenty of cash just burst.

 

52-55 Curse or enchant jewellery
55-70 can be done using Mage training area (profit when I did this a long time ago) or you can just alch yew longbows for some loss.
70-82 can be done through bursting skeletons at ape atoll or can be done at the undead un Shilo village tunnel. This method is more expensive but is after and gives hp xp. The other method is continuing with either alching or MTA.

 

Mta bot is the quickest way to get it... In the alch room you get 70-80k exp an hour which is better than regular alching but also you spend around 1 nature rune on 130 exp while outside of mta you spend 2 nature runes on 130 exp so it is also cheaper

 

It's yew long bow already strung, these sell for 670-700gp each.

 

I would say just alch it all the way to 82.

As everyone has stated it depends on your cash stack but I'm actually about to get 94 mage on my pure from 23. Going to tele all the way to 55 then alch to 94.

 

what would be the cheapest method? I honestly don't care about how long it takes (within reason) but i don't have the money to throw at it.

The alchemists' playground in the Mage Training Arena is most definitely the best method if you're considering both cost and speed. I've heard there are actually some really solid bots for it, or you can do it pretty quickly on your own.

 

I'd get 55 using any method tbh, then go to MTA. The alchemists and the enchantment rooms are the best for xp.
