Ban dispute

Hello everybody, yesterday I was banned (Ejay424) and the report was made by conny14156. This was due to him not receiving a Hearthstone key. He had payed me and I sent him a key. The key did not work and was already claimed, I spent hours all night trying to sort this out and I kept explaining that to the client. I was shocked that logging on to paypal he had been refunded and put my account negative. Yes, I do things in the day and Yes, was knew I had no way of giving him a key and was going to refund him.

Another thing about this is, I've been scammed 3 times in the past and never got a user banned. Made 3 scam reports but never got a result. hmm..

Anyway, is there any chance I get unbanned? I've learnt my lesson about keys and things and I'll just keep to steam gifts (I buy them off traders). I've been using sythe.org for some time now and don't want to let it go.
