Won't work if he's letting the scrub bully him. No offense, but you have to man up. The way you describe him in comparison to yourself is a joke. In most cases it's the taller guy trying to pick a fight with the short one. If I was you, I'd grab the little prick and tell him to fuck off and if he wants to continue that we can fight somewhere else. He shouldn't bother you anymore if you're being serious.

 

Yeah I'd rather not lose my job over some asshole kid, this why I haven't dropped him already. In no way am I starting this confrontation just to clarify. I'm not exactly afraid to fight him it's just the consequences of the fight I don't want to deal with.

Anyway I should be able to deal with him thanks for the advice.

I get deployed in 3 months so probably won't have to deal with him again after that.

 

It's not worth it, actually he isn't worth it. Let the small fellow act tough all he wants. At the end of the day he is most likely insecure, and attempts to get a rise out of people by talking nonsense. Just stand there with a smile... Nothing is more frustrating then acting really serious and tough as the other person stands there with a smirk..


There comes a time where it is no longer high school. The punishment is no longer detention. The punishment now is getting arrested and not only loosing your job, but ruining your record. People like this guy unfortunately are the first ones to file for a lawsuit ..

 

There will be a witness who doesn't know both guys and the situation and might testify that OP has physically hurt asshole.

My opinion would be, don't be a dumbass. You might be strong and all but you have to take things seriously if your threaten like that. He claims to know these gangs but what IF it's true, you and your friend/family is going to get hurt. If he's harassing you in bars/club, let the boss/workers know and he'll be kicked out. If he's harassing you in public places, get a restrain order on him. It's simple without using violence to solve a nutcase. GL in the military and stay strong.

Ive seen a lot of smaller guys beat the ever loving shit out of some guy who thinks going to the gym or his size has anything to do with fighting ability.

Chances are that mouthy little bastard has had his share of fights and or ass whippings. That alone gives him more advantage than size. Someone whos been hit in the face a few times wont be surprised when his nose gets busted or lip swells up. Wise up. Also quit being such a puss.
