    So alright, let me start off by saying, anyone who does runescape services by hand will completely understand my side of the story.

    Yes, I was doing 65-99 divination.

    Chris g agreed to my terms of service before I ever started his service.

    My terms of service clearly state Estimated time is not garunteed and service may be cancelled on your end early with no refund.

    Chris also violated my terms of service when he changed his password while I was doing his service, this is why I gave him no refund.

    He gave me 500m to do the service, and then gave me an extra 250m for any supplies needed to do the service, therefore I took that 250m to buy all energys needed to speed up the process.

    He knew and agreed the time was no garunteed. He knew and agreed that he had to pay for the service along with supplies needed.

    He also violated my terms of service by changing the password during the service just because he didn't like my speed. He chose me and agreed to all my factors.

    Yes, I agreed to partial refund until he changed pass before I completed the segment I agreed to complete.

    No, I did not cancel service, he chose to.

    No, He did not have any expensive items in the bank, all that was on the account before hand, was 750m cash.

    Anything more I need to add?

    First let me start off by saying that your quote for time was very unrealistic. You should quote based off of your availability not by what you think you can do. I have gotten myself in a bind like this before. I have heard from other users that the user contacted them in a tizzy trying to figure out what to do. You are responsible for your service and you know what it takes to get the job done.
