Safest way to transfer RSN

I've heard waiting 30 days is still dangerous.

I've also heard the original owner of the rare name can just email jagex and tell them to transfer it to a different account. But you have to be the original owner of the account the rare name is on. Not sure about the 2ndary account the name is being put on.

Depending on the rarity of the name it's going to be hard for the transfer to be successful. The safest way would be to have your other account ready to transfer soon as the limit is up.

as long as you tell NOONE, not even your best friend. And make sure there has not been anyone suspicious remarks like "i like your name" "nice name" form random PMs, you should go for it.

The chances they know what second of the very minute you are transfering is very slim. So just be quick and do it in two windows as quick as possible.
