About a donation

Just donated $5 and after i told him he was a vader http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=12898647#post12898647 he suddenly asked me to apply the rank to somebody else while it was clear that his first intentions were to apply the rank to himself.



What should i do :S

 

If he told you AFTER you made donation about that for his friend just dont care about it since he got banned for evasion.

In the future though, you might want to add something along the lines of "Who is the donation for?" to your form, like what various others bond holders have

 

Yes, in this case im sure his intentions were to donate for himself because he told me in chat. Unfortunately i have deleted him from skype after i told him he would get the donor rank because he was getting annoying.

 

Hi. Why is he receiving the upgrade? He didn't pay for anything. I'm not at all assosciated with this guy "Credits" beside the fact that I added him on skype for help with donating. He is the one who referred me to this website but that's as far as we go. I asked him for help on donating because I didn't know what to do and he told me to send the money to the PayPal e-mailed and send him pic of ID with everything censored besides name. This is how I see it and I'm pretty frustrated. I paid for an upgrade and someone else is receiving it? In the post above, it makes it seem like he paid for it, then after realizing that he got banned he tried giving it to me. No! I paid for it for me and only me.

Pagan, you could probably contact Matthew and link to this thread while also having some brief screenshots of you talking to the ban evader about donating on your behalf.

It shouldn't be much of a bother... it was a simple mistake.

 

your report has already been handled and ziggily decided that the user credits will receive the $5 rank.
can you even provide proof that you own the paypal which the payment was sent from? and feel free to post the convo youve had with the ban evader.

 

PM a member of staff with proof you made the payment and maybe something can be done.
