I find that hard to believe given the games empty pretty much everywhere you go.

Also, how is this item even tradeable? Doesn't sound like Jagex to give items out to people that let them get a few hundred quick million. Well I guess new age Jagex would.

AFAIK the item(s) obtained at RF are NOT tradable. This was highlighted recently on the HLF, can't provide a QFC as I'm at work.
