zerker or main

while i enjoy pking i also enjoy the other aspects of runescape (aside from skilling) and so i have been left pondering if i should keep my zerker (very much a work in progress) or become a higher level 70-85 def. any imput welcome

 

Just based on my own opinion, I'd recommend getting 70 or 75 defence. That opens up Dharok PK'ing, which can make you mils in a few seconds if you're good and a bit lucky, as well as God Wars (access to Guthan/DFS at 75 defence is the big one here).

Just take a step back and think about how much zerker PK'ing means to you - if you won't miss it too much, I'd say go ahead and level some defence.

 

With current progress of oldschool servers I think you will be fine with zerk for now. You can pvm with it etc just in team, if it'll be too hard just get 70 def for barrows and stay here

 

zerk pking has always been fun for me but never very profitable for me (ended up taking on kids in barrows gear)

 

You will be fine with zerk

 

Depends what you like to do. If you like zerker pking then stay a zerk and make a main or you could even turn that into a main and make a new pure or zerker.

 

I would get 70 defense and Dharok PK for sure, love gambling!

 

Zerk then eventually max it (99att+99str),when you get bored just turn it into a main. Once you're a main you can't go back to zerker.

 

I'd keep a zerker, if you're bored of PKing or other zerker activities just do some skilling, always found having high skills on a zerker to be good.

 

Become a zerker, then when you get bored become a barrows pure, and when you get bored of that become a main.

 

i must admit the only reason why i made rune/zerk pure is because of an xp glitch a few years ago (was an initiate pure using a whip on attack and got def xp)
but zerk pking is fun

 

You can do pretty much anything on a zerker, and yes they are a lot of work, but honestly getting a decent main account is just as much if not more work, so you may as well stick with a zerker

 

Like most people said, start off as a zerker but gradually do quests/skilling once you start getting sick of it. That way when you want to make the switch, there won't be as many quests/skills to do.
