Well hate to say it but you are wrong on this one.
I came across this steamid many years ago, it was all empty! When i added the retail box i found out it was a 4 digit. As you can see in the screenshots there is no HL1 on it

 

User is DigitZ and he is a well-known ban evader and retard. He tried to sell me 0:1:420 and failed, charge-backed successfully when he went missing with the 30 euros i sent to "lock" the account from being sold to someone else. He has also tried to sell another 3digit here, Vita can say more about this. His current id (that he tries to sell) is 0:1:1559 and he will definitely scam you, although the id does come with a cdkey, because i know where he bought it from (bought it less than 2 weeks ago)

 

Can you remove your whole confersation incl. the steamid?

I resolved both of his skype accounts and the ips matched. Probably he wants to pose as a legit guy now, by logging into both skype accounts simultaneously. Funny, cause Digitz account has been offline 2 weeks and now after this it's online. Go ahead and buy his account then, don't come reporting him though when it's retrieved. I did my part, warned you all. Even gave you his location. If he scams you, go kill him or something..

I bought a 4 digit from Digitz, He recovered it and it got a "Steam Alert". I lost my money and now he doesn't answer. I don't want to make a scam report of the guy because then he won't unalert the account, he said before he will but for like 2 weeks ago he just went offline.
