    No pics, colors, etc. 2 of the guides are too simple.

    No, because the guides he has are plain, and links etc. would greatly improve them.

    Why is that there, do we care he has reported flamers/scammer, or the other things?

    I esspecially don't understand his "How do retrieve your former profile information" one, what has that got to do with the instructions :S
