Public Wifi Connection Spot

Hi! I would like to appeal the ban I received under reason: ban evade.
The evades do not involve this account, "Credits", except under IP.
We have a public internet spot nearby and a lot of people come and use it.
A lot of the people in my neighborhood enroll in forums like these and are "computer geeks". About the Skype being the same, since my neighborhood is like this, I am very close friends with my neighbors who live next door. We both enroll in forums like HF, LF, and Sythe. Me and him share a Skype in which we do business on but everything is separate. He has a side which is his contacts and a side which is his contacts. We were both banned under reason being Ban Evade. We both use public internet wifi connection spots because it is cheaper so I think that may be it. If my ban cannot be lifted, may I request that it be shortened instead? Thanks.
