Wattage/Voltage Help!

Hi guys, im in need of help I recently bought everything I need for my PC build the problem now its the voltage and wattage I live in the UK and I bought this

would it work in the UK since the voltage difference etc please help me out I'm struggling + What can I do so it works in the UK for me ?

Plus I have the US to UK adpotar for it etc but I want to know if it will work in the UK

So it should be fine with 230V

 

So if I just plug it into my power thing on the floor it wont give no issues? so its fine ?

because america is 110v and uk is 240v

and do u know where i can buy a USA to UK adopter thing since its different and that it has like 5 sockets in 1
