Ideal Stats For Pking In PvP Worlds?

I'm a rune tank at the moment, with 42 def and 90 ranged. I want to PK in PvP worlds...

So should I get 99 Ranged? (obvly), but what other stats should I get? Should I gear up with black d hide with rune c'bow and d bow to spec?

Would 85 mage help for TB? or is it a waste of time alching 50k times.

Many of my friends are telling me to "Max Out', so I have a fair/higher advantage being maxed. I dont want to do this, but in your opinion, is this a good idea? I dont want to risk 1m+, which is why I'm stuck on a rune tank.

Opinions?

 

If you don't want to risk 1m+ don't max out. Stick to 42 def if you're going to wear rune at 99.

Get 99 range and 94 mage for veng and you're good.

 

I would recommend getting 94 mage for venging as a rune tank, because if you want to tb you need a team to help pick up the kill.

 

85+range 94+mage 85 + str

 

94 mage for veng/possibly barrage

to hybrid with barrage/d bow etc or rune c bow
