Flurreh - possibly reselling sold account

Few days after I middlemanned trade between Flurreh and Manik10 account got suddenly locked. I have told Manik10 (buyer of account) multiple times to report Flurreh for scamming. He was supposed to help him then we lost contact.
I still got account's login in my private messages, I'd like him to provide login or let me/staff members to log on his account to check if this is account that was sold before. He doesnt respond to my messages anymore. If he refuses consider it as re-sold acc

He is selling again account, he describes it as 'Barrows pure'. Unfortunately I dont have display name of this account anymore, but I'm pretty sure 'barrows pure' was exactly what he was selling in the past

Looks like the same account to me. Also, the fact that he started asking for his sales threads to be deleted around the same time that he got a vouch for selling an account( http://www.sythe.org/12837593-post25.html ) confirms the fact that he sold this account.
