The account will have stats as followed:

45 magic (magic will not affect combat.After you start training atk,str or range it balances)

Attack will be 37, str will be be around the same.

1 defence and 1 prayer (yes even with mm done)
Combat level will be 36.

When first starting out the account will have fairly low hitpoints. But once you start training either attack, str, def or range it will balance out correctly.
