How To Lucid Dream Tonight!

Not possible. You're not judging lucid dreaming by watching a movie are you? You will wake up no matter what, its just natural sleep.

 

Tried this the past two nights. I very rarely dream, but I had a dream both nights. I never knew there was a science for it.

 

If you lucid dream, do you realize that you're dreaming? What happens when you realize? Also, can you wake yourself up?

I heard that you have to be really still (very minimal movement) for this to work.. but every time I try being still, I always end up being itchy at random places for some reason.

 

Just finished watching nightmare on elm street so I'll have to pass on this xD

 

I've only had 2 lucid dreams and both times I committed suicide so that I could wake up.... Wtf

 

I'm going to try this out. Already had something similar in the past without intending to. It seems like there's no one sure way of achieving the state though, but in any case I'll keep my progress posted.

Can never get this to work.. As much as I follow steps.

Maybe some things you could include are dream journals, reality checks, and the MILD/WILD methods. Also a bit of information on sleep paralysis wouldn't hurt, as people often seem to confuse the two.

 

That's actually very common. When you lay very still for long periods of time, especially with your eyes closed(like when attempting to become lucid), your body/mind will test to see if you are truly asleep by "creating" a random itch. This is a pivotal point when trying to LD, so whatever you do, don't scratch!

 

Will try this out out of curiosity, read about this elsewhere and it seems a bit plagiarized.

Lucid dreaming is sweet. Love just flying around but I've only been able to do it by complete accident like 3 times. I'll try this now though cause it's late hfor me ahaa
