The most fun I have had with this game in months. Reminds me of why I used to love it so much and play hours on end.

 

Having your entire team snowball like crazy? Those games are some of the most boring, in my opinion.

Unbalanced games don't last 72 minutes. Of course, you're mid bronze so all you care about is the first number of your KDA.

Sypherz, you had 25k more gold than them. I noticed the 71, and it makes it all the more sad to see a 25k gold lead that didn't end before 30-35. It seems your three lanes were dominating but just trolling hard the entire time and never taking objectives.

I reckon if they had an oriana/liss/ryze...any mid that has presence in team fights late game, they'd have won.

Untrue. Middle and bot lane were failing early game which meant jax had no reason to group up with their team. He outscaled me hard mid game which forced me to choose to help my team mates in other lanes instead of stay top like I wanted to. This gave Jax the opportunity to get his team far ahead in objectives. We didn't start getting the edge on this game until well over 50 minutes and a single mistake on our team's part would have resulted in a loss.

Gold isn't everything dude. You're also making assumptions based on the end of a long game. How do you know how much gold we had at 30 minutes?

I have no idea what you're saying. I sold my zephyr for a GA every time the GA cooldown was up and bought another zephyr when someone proced my GA. Selling boots would be the stupidest thing I could possibly do. Need those homeguards..

Him being 3-15 didn't make a difference, he was the most useful one on the team and saved us from blowing up mid game because of map pressure. Not that anyone played poorly. Except our Lee who had a wriggles lantern at 60 minutes.

 

599 cs, dam. I think you couldve ended it mabye 10-20 minutes sooner as you all have pretty much already hit max needed gold at 20-22k lets say.

If you all engaged a teamfight a little sooner, I believe it wouldve ended sooner. Yet man that is an impressive amount of CS. 599 wow.

 

I do agree that I was hasty in saying snowballing = sad you didn't win on time. The 60+ minute games are always fun, albeit stressful. I've never had one that was so one-sided in gold, but as you said gold isn't everything. A lot of gold but one person who just kinda sucks could mean a really tough struggle.


Also I agree with your Zephyr. Never sell tier-3 boots, they are so incredibly valuable. Even though 20% ASP is a "waste" of an item slot, having homeguard or captain or any other t3 is very important.
