Is there a way to get past tutorial?

...without leveling a combat level.

I mean staying level-4 instead of leveling up either attack, range, or magic.

 

Try to get exp In attack / str / def combined. Also other monsters should get killed by the npc attacks.

 

click on the tasks thing, options and disable tutorial.

 

^this. When i created a skiller, i was like "no way im going to take combat exp" and i started googling ways till i found this one
