    Can't add funds to Paypal
    I wanted to add funds to my Paypal account but it doesnt allow me to. It says "PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account. "

    I dont have a credit card but I do have a savings account, which I already added.

    Sorry i dont know if this is the correct section

    Can't add funds to Paypal
    1) Where are you from? I know for sure that in some countries like Kosovo, you are not allowed to add funds in your Paypal account.

    2) Do you have any pending disputes or claims on your Paypal account?

    Can't add funds to Paypal
    On my paypal debit card they forbade use of it in the Philippines and a few other Asian countries due to a lot of fraud a couple of months ago. That could be your answer.
