Maxed melee
High prayer
Torso/fcape/defender/bgloves etc
Quested (lunar/dt/rfd)

Wealth does not matter much
Other skills don't matter much either, however if they are higher you will be compensated accordingly.

Looking to perform this transaction with a trusted user only. A MM will be used if we decide one is needed.

No recovery or jag, and if i purchase the account i expect it to come with all information related to the account.
