Aceboost is most likely a scammer (TWC?)

My issue:
He's done a really, really bad job of photoshopping his "proof" of rank, pretending to be a Diamond I player. When looking at one's own rank profile, the summoner icon in the top right always matches the icon listed next to the same summoner name on the ranked ladder. The number of wins and League Points should also be listed in green, not brown.

Both of the above reasons make me know without a doubt that he's faked his rank:
His fake, taken from his OP (important part also outlined in green by me - note the icons not matching, plus the wins/LP listed in brown text).

For a mod who won't know what I'm talking about, here's an example I made using a friend's account of how it should look (important part boxed in green).
