    Working out / Creatine?

So, I know i'm asking a lot here, but I have some more questions:

    1. Can I not eat bad foods at all? Like, no french fries, no chips, no popcorn, etc? Also, does a ft long italian w/ just turkey, lettuce, oil and vinegar from Subway count as 'bad food'? Because that's my usual dinner.

    2. I have 1 protein shake a day, just 1 scoop and 8 ounces of milk, this is usually after my workout or in combination with my dinner.

    3. I don't really know what to eat for lunch. Would a Chicken salad be good? I know in my cafeteria they have chicken available for salads, I just don't know if it'd be filling enough for me.

    4. Should I be going for mass in the start? Like, should I be doing low reps with heavier weights? It's just weird, like I can do 10 reps with one weight w/ curling, but then 5 lbs heavier i can't even get 1 up, so I don't know what to do about that.

Thanks for all the comments guys.

1a. it depends what you want, if you want a "clean bulk" which is where you want to gain muscle but not much body fat then you have to stick to a diet. But seen as though your not a pro body builder or anything you can eat what you want within reason ie. don't go binging on shit everyday!

1b. Turkey is a good source of protein so that should be ok, maybe cut the oil out? I think the main thing that you need to do is just download or register with MY FITNESS PAL and just track all your food. This should help you with finding out all your macro... http://www.livestrong.com/article/546009-how-to-calculate-bulking-calories/ (

    2. I think you should pump your protein shakes up to 2-3 a day, maybe one in the morning, one with dinner and one after your workout!

    3. Make a pack lunch? prepare your meals before you go to bed? chicken and pasta? chicken and brown rice? chicken and potato? this should be more filling because your eating carbs.

    4. You should build your foundations before you do anything else! stop stressing about how much you can lift, it will all come with time! I recommend using a weight that makes you fail when you hit around 8-10 reps, do this for 3-4 sets.

    Hope this helped!

Creatine is one of the only supplements actually worth buying.

I've used it over the years myself and personally after a week of using it i usually find myself doing more reps in my normal routine without changing the weight, or may actually lift slightly higher dumb bells.

There's tons of research which suggests that it does work and everyones body is different so the time frame of which you will start seeing results will vary, but you will begin to see the benefits of creatine around a week or two in.

Obviously, this isn't a steroid and I would highly recommend going over to BB forums and reading up on nutrition and how many calories you should be looking at taking in.

    Goodluck in your training. :)

creatine doesn't help you get big
it basically takes all the water from your body and puts them in your muscles so you can lift longer or harder
plus its not really good for you
