Dispute Ban Hawaiian_

Recently all I messaged to n4n0 was if I could sell a list of non-used runescape accounts that have been untouched for months to a year and I was banned for it?

If I was denied the request then why was there a reason to ban me? I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't allowed because I already asked a few sites and they too turned me down but this is the first site to actually ban me for just asking a simple yes or no question.
