Very unlikely to be a coincidence seeing as they're the only accounts on the same ip (other than ones he attempted pardoning with)

Ip match is with accs banned for vading/trying to sell db, also skype of banned profiles is "immachrisg".. so same irl name

After looking into this guy very thoroughly, I found they were selling the same account as well.
