gp prices?

i noticed gp prices were dropping slowly but surely a few weeks ago. I just took a look and it seems prices have sky rocketed to 3/m'ish. i could easily of bought for 2.2 approximately 2 weeks ago. Any ideas why prices have raised etc? was it the introduction of godwars?

 

most likely godwars in my opinion, perhaps people got banned. goldsellers,farmers etc.

 

Two major reasons:

-God Wars
-JaGeX recently cracked down on botting in Old School. They banned billions and billions of farmed 07GP, creating a shortage of stock with the constant demand of consumers.

 

its not that high of demand tbh. Its like with oil companies. Any little thing that happens the prices sky rocket etc... ill most likely wait a few weeks for the drop
