Who knows what the new meta will involve, in terms of the item store and map layout. In season 2, Urgot was a lot stronger due to the general meta of the store, map, etc. Maybe in S4 they will roll out a completely new scheme where the current God Tier become Shit Tier, and the Urgot/etc Tier becomes much more viable.

 

I hope you know what getting Olaf'd means, because if Urgot becomes too strong they'll do just that, and Riot have a bunch of other champions that they have to rework/tweak first so honestly I'm not expecting anything big for Urgot in S4.

 

I bought Urgot because his crab skin was on sale >.>
But yah, Urgot is a lot like Olaf. If he's not underpowered he's overpowered.
