I learnt a tip of sixpackshortcuts, use coconut oil with your food to add extra taste/moisture to your food. It's considered a good 'fat', source out the video yourself on his youtube channel.

Hi ive been training for a few years, hope this input helps:

Healthy foods which taste nice, (to me anyway)

Chicken, turkey, any form of vegetable, fruits, fish is really good, for the omega 3 and 6s, tuna is really good aswell.

Protein shakes do help a lot, depends how your using it. You should be training 2 times a week / once every 2 days, always leave a day for your muscles to repair, you should be having at least 50g of protein a day.
Protein shakes do help you keep up your protein levels and are convenient, tins of tuna have 25g of protein in each!
Your body can only absorb like 40g of protein at a time, i would aim to have like 80g a day if you can get it.
Carbs or good fats (such as those in nuts and fish oils) really do help you aswell, helps give you energy for a good hard workout. However, if you want to be ripped and have muscle already, id have less carbs and mostly protein (dont forget those veggies to help your system) so you can get that 6pack!

Try to do a lot of situps, you can do them every day as the muscles repair a lot faster on the stomach. Also try and do pressups every day as they really help maintain your strength.

Try and have a lot of water every day, 1.5 is around enough though. Green tea helps a LOT for just keeping your system in tip top condition aswell, the hotness helps the oils from food digest better. Its why in china they drink after every meal.

Ice cubes, never heard of that but i dont see any benefit it would give, any chicken is good! BUT the microwave is a really rubbish invention, it breaks down the food in an unconventional way so it loses a lot of its nutrients and contains small amounts of radiation.

I hope this info has helped and if you need anything else then message me or something

Also, some of the best methods of training includes the bench, (this reeeeally helps you build triceps and chest, the main muscles for punching and pure power), curling is good for the bicep, which is good for size, but work on tricep mostly as it takes up 2/3 of the muscle on your arm

Edit: ill probably do a free guide and use this info in it, my cousin im living with is a personal trainer so i hope i can help some people on here

Try eating anything natural. Fruits, veges, meat, things like these. Don't eat too many processed foods or any of that junk. Eat in moderation too, if you eat too much, you'll pack on a big tummy and eat not enough and you'll kill your muscles.

Well 100 pull ups and 100 ab crunches are good.. for muscle endurance. You wont see much difference in shape. Try doing exercises that are hard for you that you can only manage 10-15 reps. Protein shakes will help normally, but keep eating proper food too.

    Try and aim fr 2 liters+ :)

No because thats just frozen water. When you get hungry, your body is telling you to eat. Listen to it !

Chicken is really really good protein. Don't just cook in the microwave, bake it! Grill it! Cook in a curry ! Just dont buy things like kfc and dont fry your chicken.

I am just wondering these few questions. I will also post this in the sports section to see if the response time may be quicker, as this section seems a little more for computer stuff.

    For, 5.

Prehaps, it depends on whether you put anything else with the chicken. By itself, probably healthy, but the flavor would be nothing special.

    1. What foods can I eat that are healthy. "Good tasting foods".
Chicken, peanuts and other nuts, steak, beef everything prepared in the oven.

    2. Will protein shakes help build alot more muscle when I only do about 15 minutes of jogging on a treadmill, 100 pullups, and 100 ab crunches a day?
Protein shake's don't build muscle they are a supplement that will help you get your daily dosis protein.

    3. Is drinking 1.5 liters of water a day enough?

    4. Is sucking on ice cubes when I'm hungry a good idea?
NO. You need to eat to become ripped.

    5. Is store bought frozen chicken (actually chicken, not breaded patties or KFC wings) cooked in the microwave healthy to eat?
Nope just throw it in the oven.
