Runescape and league of legends are the most active atm. Maybe try questing.

It is also your best bet as well. If you can get into the Questing/Skilling markets for 07, you should see pretty good business. The bad part is, you generally have to offer free services at first to gain trust.

 

If you are doing this just to earn a quick dollar, you should just go someplace else. Sythe markets are highly competitive and complex. On the Gold Exchange, people expect better service than on big sites like Gold4Fun, USFine, etc. Jagex also targets gold traders heavily, and you'll need to find a way to minimize ban risk while still providing customers with very fast delivery.

I'm not saying it's impossible to still get into this market, but you better expect it's going to be a GRIND. You'll have to earn a reputation, likely through providing more basic services first (training, questing, etc.). You need to spend time getting to know the community and posting around the forums. Just getting your reputation to the point where you are ready to buy/sell gold will take 2-3 months of solid work.

 

How many vouches and posts should I get to be able to buy and sell gold

 

I think it's pretty silly to give you a number amount, but if you insist:

- 500+ posts
- 50+ vouches

 

You can use middlemans in your trades which will help your post count.

Also, you should only really consider buy/selling gold if you can afford to start with minimal profits or even breaking even.

No one is going to hold your hand and show you how to correctly run a business. Market Discussion is here to help you with specific issues, but we can't sit here and tell you how to start a company from scratch. There is no right way to start a business.

How about you tell us why you want to start a GP business, and why you think you will be successful. What separates you from the many others offering the exact same service, who have experience and connections on the marketplace? What skills do you possess which set you apart?

 

Run a bot farm. Much more profitable nowadays since merchanting profit margins are low compared to before.

 

100% this, bot farms are pure profit (minus memberships), they're safe (you won't get scammed for real money as long as you're halfway careful), and you don't need a rep to sell gold in bulk to already-established traders.

 

Well to answer your question the reason I want to start a GP business or a business in general is because I got scammed $400 on Sythe so I want to do something to make it back.I honestly have no idea if I will be successful because of all the tough competition from all the other gold sellers who have websites,workers,customer support and way more experience than me but It wont hurt to at least to try.I have no skills that would set me apart from anybody else. I'm 18 years old and I shouldn't be asking for peoples help on a business that I want to build. I'm just really new to this black market stuff I'm sorry if any of the questions I asked Inconvenienced you.

 

i think you're better off making a legit service like questing or a firecape service. main reason is because to make money flipping gp, you have to invest money

 

I too thought I could make money with little work.

Truth is, unless you are SUPER trusted (500 vouches+) you aren't making much off runescape.
