Skilling On Pure? or Skilling on Lvl 3?

In 07 I currently have a lvl 75 rune tank. Should I get all noncombat stats as high as I can on a lvl 3? or on my tank?

 

Depends on what you want to do with the accounts. Is the rune tank gonna stay a rune tank, or will you change it into a main later?

If so , train it on the rune tank. If no train it on the level 3.

 

Honestly I think it'd be better to do it on the runetank.

Jic you want to convert it into a main or high level tank, you can do a lot of helpful quests and what not since you'll already have the skills up.
And skillers are very limited in what they can do in this game
