Whats the safest way to sell items (paypal,webmoney,wunion,neteller etc..) ?

Hello all.Sorry for my english is not good well enough

Im new to item selling&buying.İ have some experiences (got scammed etc...) but dont know everything well enough

My questions are simple

What are the safest ways of selling items (also buying).How to sell&buy without being scammed

Paypal seems not a safe option.Its so simple but not safe cause scammers chargeback everytime

Webmoney is so complex.Also there is Western Union and Neteller option

I want to learn basics and nice alternatives to paypal from experienced traders

Any help will be welcome

(Also one more question=Can i get and send money from webmoney with formal passport?)

 

Safest way would be Western Union. However WU involves the need to pay fees, proof of self (ID, passport etc), and in general mainly used for larger transactions.

PayPal is the most versatile payment option, but as you mentioned, it's not always safe. I'd suggest you accept paypal from users whom you can trust 100%, and or opt to trade via PlayerAuctions with people you are weary of.

Moneybookers is also another option. It's safer than paypal in terms of charge-backs. It's not immune to it, but the amount of chargebacks are definitely significantly less.
