Beforehand: sorry if in wrong section, but I couldn't find a financial section

Hey guys I need a bit of financial advice help. So recently since getting a REAL job and not just working at McDonalds, I've started making some serious money. I also buy/sell stuff too as a side-job. The buying/selling stuff is just for fun really, but lately, I've sold some big ticket items on ebay so I have money sitting in my paypal account. Now I refuse to add my bank account to anything online, but I did attach my debit card. I have always requested a check from paypal and just deposited it, but I was wondering... What's the deal with this new Paypal Extras Mastercard? It says accepted anywhere.. uses your paypal balance first.. it seems like a real great card, but I want to know the fees. I use paypal maybe once per month unless I sell some stuff.. So the thing is, I can't interpret the contract because I really am not a financial savvy person. I was wondering if someone could help me by interpreting it for me and telling me what fees are associated with having a paypal masters debit card.. The fees like any monthly fees etc. I won't be paying bills with it. I'll just use it to spend my paypal balance and then put it up until it's next use.

Here's a link, but if you don't trust the link then go to google
Google > paypal extras mastercard > terms and conditions

It's just going to be like any other credit card out there.... You buy something then you'll have until a certain date to pay it off, if you don't then you'll have to pay them ridiculous fees.

Why will you not put your details online? It's a secure website? Plus you have your card details on there so what's the difference from that to your bank details?

It's a safe card. To put it in more simple terms here are the fees:

    1. Late payment (not paying off your balance - and you're charged interested on that balance)
    2. Cash advance (ie withdrawing money from an ATM with the card)
    3. Foreign transaction
    4. Balance transfer (paying off the debt you have with the Paypal card with another credit card or vice versa.

No monthly/yearly fees to have the card.
