Hello Sythe, I wanted to tell everyone how to get 13k RP for FREE!
This is using Riot's partnership with American Express, making a free Pre-paid card with them, and earning 13,000 RP as a reward!

Requirements:

LIVE IN THE USA
18 Years or older, or have a parent/guardian do it for you
A way to do a direct deposit
$20

Signing Up

Step 1:

Click on the "Sign Up Today" Button



Step 2:

On the next page, check the box that says you allow Riot to add points to your account. Type in your LOGIN name and password for your League of Legends account, NOT your Summoner name.



Step 3:

On the next page, click "Sign Up Today" once again



Step 4:

One on the next page, fill out all of the details. These details are either your details, or your parent/guardian's details. Once you finish signing up, the first 1000 RP should be sent to your account within an hour.



Step 4:

If you aren't automatically directed, here is the link to access your new Serve account!

Step 5:

Now, you have to wait for your American Express Serve RP+ card to arrive in the mail. This takes between 3-10 business days, so you have to wait.

Activating the Card

Step 1:

Once your card arrives in the mail, head to American Express Serve's site. Click on the "active my card" link. Once you have done this, type in your card number, and SID (on the front of the card, in white writing) Sadly, since my account is activated, I can't get pictures of what you should do.

Direct Deposit

The easiest way to do this is with a Verified Paypal account, and it is how I will be showing you how to do it.

Step 1:

Go to your Serve account, click on my account, funding sources, then click enroll in Direct Deposit



Step 2:

Copy or write down your account's routing number and account number.

Step 3:

Log-in to your paypal account, and go to my account, and update bank account



Step 4:

Add your routing number and account number from your Server account as a bank account. Paypal will then send confirmation payments, between $0.10-0.20 to your Server account, to confirm it. This will take 2-3 days.



Step 5:

Once you receive the confirmation deposits, confirm your bank with Paypal account, and go to my account, and update bank account, confirm bank account. Type in the amount of the two deposits Paypal made to your account, and now you're ready for the final step!

Step 6:

Go to your Paypal account, my account, withdraw, transfer to bank account.



Step 7:

Type in $20, and choose your American Express Serve Card. Wait 2-3 days, and the money will be added to your Serve account. Once the money is added, you will have 11k RP added to your League of Legends account.

The remaining 1k RP

How you get the last 1k RP is using your American Express Serve Card 10 times. Each transaction will give you 100 RP. This part is optional.

Is there anyway to get it if I'm 15?

 

You must be 18 or older and provide a SSN to American Express Serve.

I am an AMEX RP+ member (before I saw this post) and can confirm this is 'legit.'

My pre-paid debit card has Twisted Fate on it

Chinpickle, maybe if you had one of your parents sign up for you and just go through the League site so that it is linked to your account...

 

I am going to ask either my cousin or parents. By the way, starting Dec 3 2013, this card will start charging you $1 a month so if you use it just to get the initial RP, cancel the card after you get it.

 

Every prepaid card will charge you over time for inactive if you don't keep depositing within certain intervals as well as tons of other charges for making purchases through different methods more than x times per deposit and other stuff. If you spend all the money on the card though, they can't take anything unless you deposit more. It's a prepaid card. It will not withdraw from your bank or have bank access unless you authorize it.

-used to use 5 different prepaid debit cards when I donated plasma some time ago, so have abit of familiarity with them

 

Is there one for EUWEST?

 

It's an affiliate deal they have with American Express. They would need to make a deal with some European card.

 

It would be awesome if it worked in Canada, I got all the requirements above but I do not live the states. This is the time when I wish I was American
