Retail is the worst kind of job fuck that, only thing I liked about CVS was the free snacks i would smuggle.

 

Well prior to this I washed cars ages ago when I was like 15 for peasant money, it was $30 for "3 hours work" which would take 4 hours since they overflowed their car yard and several years down the track after that I did some holiday work last year for a building company as a laborer. 7-5, the money was slightly worse and the work was harder.

When I worked at Target it sucked.

I believe that, it would suck my friend liked washing cars. Said it was "easy money" but they were busy all day. Then again I build beds for $11/hr. When I started a year ago I was making $9.50 lol.

Yeh. It especially sucked if it was a hot day since the soap would dry on the cars and leave marks if you tried to soap the whole car and then wash it down. Had to do each car in 2 stages. It would either be that where it takes you longer or it would just be a cold, windy day where you just feel like chit lol.

At least the weather isn't a factor now and my bosses seem to be handing me hours willy-nilly so I ain't mad
