She had already worked there. If someone asks you to do something with the assumption you know what your doing, you don't say you don't know how to do it and try to go and do it. Thats just you being stupid...

Its the employers responsibility to make sure the employees are properly trained. For example say some one charges back you don't take it out of their pay you take the loss because its your responsibility as a business owner to train your employees not just expect them to know everything.
