We are currently looking for a Live Chat operator for the following hours (Eastern Time [GMT-4])

Monday - 10:30 AM - 3 PM
Tuesday - 10:30 AM - 3 PM
Wednesday - 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Thursday - 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday - 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Total Hours Per Week: 24 Hours


These hours are not flexible. You must be able to meet this schedule on a weekly basis. Do not apply if you cannot meet this obligation. These are currently the only hours available.

Job Description:

Help customers ordering through our website, and assist them with deliveries. Provide high quality customer service. Arrange purchases with suppliers (after appropriate training).

I have worked with you before and now my schedule is fully flexible. The shifts mentioned in the original post are definitely doable and are a lot better (time wise) for me.

My issue with your business R2 is that you don't train people properly from the get go. You throw us to the wolves and expect us to know what the hell we are doing. You left me hoping that people would come online to help me since I could not send payments and then bash me when I did something wrong simply because I did not know. Yeah you helped me after the fact, but it would have been fair to give me a few days of actual training before expecting me to be a top notch seller.

Good luck to anyone who gets this position. Hopefully you know what you are doing so he does not make you look like a fool in front of customers.

 

Complete bullshit. Someone was online to help you 100% of every shift you worked. I was personally online for 85% of the time you worked. You've also worked here before in the past.

Furthermore, if you really had this problem, you had Friday, Saturday, Sunday, early on Monday to notify me that you wouldn't be showing up. You instead avoided all contact with me, missed your Monday shift, and I literally had to chase you down to get a reply today.

3) Why you should you be considered for the position: My morals are in what I consider the right place. My morals also flow into my work ethics.

My morals come from a not so great beginning in life. I started out life with a rare neurological childhood cancer that stayed undetected until the age of 2 and a half. When I started the battle of my life. Which left me with a 2-5% chance at gaining remission, instead of dying. My cancer was considered "terminal" and I am still here I've been given a second chance at living.

I do not want sympathy or even empathy. I tell this story because it's given me a unique insight on how I wish to live my life.

I choose to pay it forward. This means I will never purposely harm someone in anyway, even if I don't know them or "hate their guts". Nor would I purposely put another "living thing" in a place where they feel uncomfortable, without being certain that it's the right thing and that the appropriate support is given.

I also have over 8 years of experience with RuneScape. and approximately 4 years in the RuneScape "Blackmarket". So you can be assured that I know my stuff as far as RS and the RWT related stuff goes.

I may need training as far as what to do as an employee. But be assured I am a very fast learner... I hope that you will ask me questions before employment if you need to do so. I want you to be assured that I am the right choice for your company. I also don't mind not getting paid for the first week or so as I learn what to do and adjust to the routine, and of course for you to be certain I'm the right choice.

I have a friend of mine who is going to Drexel university in philadelphia and needs some extra cash for his bills, I did not post this in the same format because I am posting on behalf of another person. He is not affiliated with sythe but used to play RS and is very qualified in trust and I believe he could fill the position if you were interested. He would be willing to give you IRL information regarding the job and I would aswell.
